Tom West is a training industry veteran and over the years has held leadership roles with many companies developing learning & development tools & technology, as well founding Agility Learning Group to deliver consulting & training services.

Tom is an HRCI Senior Professional of Human Resources and SHRM-Senior Certified Professional. He’s also been an Adjunct Professor at DMACC in the Management & Marketing department for nearly 25 years.

Tom draws from the depth of his diverse background & experiences as a front line team leader, a senior manager, a corporate trainer, mentor, coach, and entrepreneur, in his desire to contribute to the effectiveness of individuals and organizations.
